Evtesh
The Evtesh are the folks from the city of Evtesh — which has been overrun with undead and they have fled. They are generally pale-blue skinned elves with a variety of hair colors.
Names are fully of the form: “Lady Eila na Nila of Evtesh” but that is just Lady Eila daughter of Nila (mother) from Evtesh” but that full form is never used except for formal occasions.
Name collisions are usually resolved by citing the more prominent parent (ie Eila na Nila) for formal situations or using nicknames for informal situations.
