Mechanics

  • Charms are like magic items, they can be permanent or limited use. Major charms need to be attuned.
  • The most common charms are Enchantment or Illusion related abilities. Notably, a charm which grants Disguise Self is called Glamour by the Fey
  • Charms may be freely given away to a willing recipient
  • Anyone with a Fey Charm is considered Fey for purposes of things which specifically effect or target Fey
